Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax deadlines common to Micro and Small Enterprises.
Monthly Filing Requirements
1601-C - Monthly Remittance Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation
Deadline: on or before the 10th day following the month in which withholding was made.
0619-E - Monthly Remittance Form for Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)
Deadline: on or before the 10th day following the month in which withholding was made.
Quarterly Filing Requirements
1601-EQ - Quarterly Remittance Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)
Deadline: Every last day of the month following the end of each quarter.
Required Attachment: Quarterly Alphabetical List of Payees (QAP)
2550-Q - Quarterly Value-Added Tax (VAT) Return
Deadline: Every 25th day after the end of each taxable quarter.
Required Attachment: Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases (SLSP)
2551-Q - Quarterly Percentage Tax Return
Deadline: Every 25th day after the end of each taxable quarter.
1701-Q - Quarterly Income Tax Return (for Self-Employed Individuals)
Deadlines:
1st Quarter: On or before May 15 of the current taxable year
2nd Quarter: On or before August 15 of the current taxable year
3rd Quarter: On or before November 15 of the current taxable year
1702-Q - Quarterly Income Tax Return (for Corporations and Partnerships)
Deadlines:
1st Quarter: within 60 days after the end of each quarter.
2nd Quarter: within 60 days after the end of each quarter.
3rd Quarter: within 60 days after the end of each quarter.
Annual Filing Requirements
1604-C – Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation
Deadline: On or before January 31 of the year following the calendar year
1604-E - Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)
Deadline: On or before March 1 of the year following the calendar year
1701 - Annual Income Tax Return (for Self-Employed Individuals)
Deadline: On or before April 15 of each year
1702 - Annual Income Tax Return (for Corporations and Partnerships)
Deadline: On or before April 15 of each year
Other Filing Requirements
2000 - Documentary Stamp Tax Declaration
Deadline: 5th day after the end of the transaction month.
